Finance expert Martin Lewis has launched the Small Ideas Initiative, aimed at gathering practical and low-cost suggestions from the public to present to a cross-party panel of politicians and policymakers. This initiative seeks to address what Lewis describes as "the life-potholes of unintended consequences"—the cumbersome systems and poorly designed rules that complicate daily life.

Purpose of the Initiative

The initiative encourages individuals to submit ideas that could enhance various aspects of life in the UK, including health, education, policing, technology, and finance. Lewis is calling for submissions of practical, low-cost, and non-controversial ideas before the deadline of 12 November.
