Two US Navy aviators ejected from their aircraft while landing on the USS Dwight D Eisenhower aircraft carrier off the coast of Virginia on Monday. The incident, described by naval officials as a "mishap," also resulted in injuries to four sailors onboard the vessel.

The aviators, who are part of Carrier Air Wing 3, successfully ejected during what was characterized as a mishap during aircraft recovery operations. They were promptly rescued by search and rescue personnel and returned to the ship for evaluation by medical staff.
