Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been transferred to a federal prison in Pennsylvania following reports of his luxurious lifestyle and injuries sustained during a fight at his previous lockup in New Jersey. Combs, 56, was moved from FCI Fort Dix to FCI Allenwood Low, a low-security facility located south of Williamsport and approximately 155 miles (250 km) west of New York City.

Transfer Details

A source familiar with the situation, who spoke to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity, confirmed the transfer. A spokesperson for the US Bureau of Prisons (BOP) later corroborated this information, stating that Combs had indeed been moved from Fort Dix to Allenwood Low.

Combs's Response

Combs's spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, commented on the transfer, saying, "Decisions about inmate placement are made by the BOP, and we are not in a position to speak to the circumstances surrounding this transfer." Engelmayer added, "Sean remains focused on moving forward, and we hope that his time at the new facility will be productive and without unnecessary disruption."
