Floqer is an autonomous customer knowledge platform designed to assist business-to-business sales and marketing teams by providing an AI-powered database that continuously collects, organizes, and updates customer information. The startup is set to pitch on the Startup Battlefield stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 on Wednesday.

Open-Sourcing Technology

Floqer plans to open-source the technology behind its autonomous customer knowledge database, targeting early 2027 for the release, pending security reviews. The company has reported surpassing $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), with overall revenue growing roughly tenfold over the past year.

Founders and Background

Founded by Shivam Mahajan, the CEO, and Zaaheda Islam, who met at university, Floqer has evolved significantly since its inception. Mahajan previously worked as a software engineer at Kyndryl, while Islam served as a senior data scientist at Axis Capital.

Floqer’s initial product was a Chrome extension called ‘Super Chat,’ which allowed users to log in with their ChatGPT accounts to gather information and take notes. However, the founders quickly realized that enterprise companies were using the extension to clean up data in their customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Identifying a Market Need

Conversations with these companies revealed that maintaining clean CRM data was primarily a manual task, lacking established processes. Mahajan noted,

“

"When we spoke with them, they told us that it’s super manual for them to clean their CRM data, and there were no established processes around that."
