HCL Technologies, a major player in IT services, announced on September 29, 2026, that its software division, HCLSoftware, will acquire Robotiq.ai, a Croatia-based enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) platform provider, in an all-cash deal valued at 9 million euro (approximately Rs 98 crore).
Acquisition Details
The transaction will be executed through HCL Technologies Austria GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCLTech, which will acquire 100 percent of the outstanding equity in Robotiq.ai. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by the end of November 2026.
