Data center developer Crusoe has successfully raised a new $3 billion funding round, achieving a valuation of $30 billion, according to a report by Bloomberg. This funding round is co-led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Mubadala Capital, the asset management arm of Abu Dhabi’s sovereign wealth fund, Mubadala.

Recent Developments

The fresh capital injection comes just 10 months after Crusoe raised $1.38 billion at a $10 billion valuation last October. The company has recently signed a significant $13 billion cloud contract over five years to provide Jane Street, a quantitative trading firm, with GPUs and AI infrastructure.
