He emphasized that AI should not be viewed as an alien entity but rather as a product of human engineering. According to Huang, existing laws are sufficient to manage AI's risks, stating,

The Case Against New Regulations
Huang argues that there is no need for new laws or regulations governing AI. He believes that the free market will naturally compel companies to ensure the safety of their products. He stated,
“"If we’re not confident about the safety of the products... then don’t release it."
