CCTV footage has revealed Beau Lamarre-Condon, a police officer, ordering food from a McDonald’s drive-thru in a van that is allegedly linked to the disposal of two bodies. This footage was presented in court as part of the ongoing murder trial.

Allegations Against Lamarre-Condon

Lamarre-Condon, 31, is accused of fatally shooting Sydney couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies with his police service weapon at Baird’s home in Paddington on February 19, 2024. He has pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder and one charge of aggravated break and enter.

Key Footage Released

The court has released exhibits showing the officer’s activities in the days following the alleged double murder. In the early hours of February 22, 2024, Lamarre-Condon was captured on CCTV at the McDonald’s in Sutton Forest, approximately 30 kilometers from where he allegedly disposed of Baird and Davies’ bodies. The video shows him pulling up to the drive-thru in a white van, paying for his order, and collecting a paper bag and drink.

This footage is part of the evidence presented to the jury during the five-week-long trial. Last week, additional CCTV footage was shown, depicting his movements the day after the alleged shootings. He was seen near Baird’s residence carrying a bucket, withdrawing cash from ATMs, and purchasing cleaning supplies from Bunnings Alexandria.
